Getting Started

How do I create a Bay City Property Service Account?

When you book service an account is automatically created for you.  Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go. Alternatively you can create and log into your account at this link https://baycitypropertyservice.launch27.com/login/

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes! We bring our own supplies to every job!

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes! If you need to add special services or request that are not listed, feel free to shoot us an email or call, and we will be happy to oblige.

Manage Your Account

How do I change my account information?

Simply login to your account with the Account Login/Sign Up link at the top of the page. From there you can manage your personal information such as credit cards and your location information.

How do I book my first appointment?

You can book directly from our booking link located at the top of the page.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

  • There is no cancellation fee for bookings canceled prior to 5 p.m. on the day before the service is scheduled. Bookings canceled after 5 p.m. are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Cleaning are by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $35 fee.
  • We do not issue refunds on services already rendered. If there is an issue with any of the services performed, you can give us a call withing 24 hours and we will gladly address any issues and resolve them.

What’s the fine print?

• We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step stepstool.
• Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand or step ladder.
• We cannot guarantee the results of blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge or replacement of the blinds depending on the make of the blinds (wood,vinyl, metal, etc.)
• Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes! Safety is our priority. All of our cleaners are rigorously vetted and go through a detailed interview process to ensure the highest quality.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you are not happy, we’re not happy. Let us know of any issues within 24 hours of service and we will be happy to come back out and ensure your satisfaction.

Cleaning Checklists

What is included in a standard cleaning?

  • Cobwebs removed
  • Blinds and window sills (dusted)
  • Moldings and woodwork (dusted)
  • Lamp and lampshades (dusted)
  • Pictures and knick-knacks (dusted)
  • Furniture (dusted and polished and or vacuumed)
  • Top of refrigerator
  • Outside of appliances cleaned
  • Stove-top and backsplashes (washed)
  • All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
  • Mirrors
  • Tub/Shower and tiles cleaned
  • All bathroom counters and fixtures cleaned
  • Wastebaskets emptied
  • Beds made (includes master and 1 additional bed)
  • Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
  • Floors (vacuumed and /or swiffered)
  • Vacuum all carpeted areas

What is included in a deep cleaning?

Every “Deep Clean” includes the “Basic Clean” with detail emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

  • Ceiling fan blades (dusted)
  • Light fixtures (dusted)
  • Blinds (dusted)
  • Moldings, woodwork, and window sills (hand washed or wiped)
  • Baseboards (hand washed or wiped, reachable w/out moving furniture)
  • Interior of Microwave (wiped)
  • All doors (wiped)
  • Light switch plates (wiped)
  • Tub / Shower tiles (double scrubbed if build up)
  • Beds made (includes master and any additional beds)
  • Stairs (vacuumed, wood washed)
  • Vacuum all floor crevices (crevice along the edge where bugs, animal hair, carpet fibers collect)

*We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted w/an extension duster.
